From my personal experience, one of the best dining spots at Soneva Fushi is Out of the Blue, with an à la carte menu featuring Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian cuisine. My go-to dishes here are the Thai Green Curry, which is perfectly spiced and creamy, and the fresh sashimi platter with smoked salmon belly—simply outstanding. For sushi lovers, So Hands On is a must-visit. This exclusive omakase table offers the finest sushi I’ve had in the Maldives, but booking in advance is essential due to its limited six-seat capacity. Another highlight is Fresh in the Garden, where the ambiance of dining above the resort’s organic gardens adds to the charm. Their green apple sorbet is a refreshing treat. Each restaurant has its own specialty, like Down to Earth with its Carne Diem Grill, or Out of the Sea, where the Gaucha Grill serves freshly grilled seafood to perfection. And when it comes to dessert, Soneva Fushi is unmatched, with two ice cream and chocolate parlours—one in the main area and another at Out of the Blue. My personal favorites are the cappuccino, salty caramel, and raspberry sorbet.
