1. Booking Cancellations & Refunds
- Important: Refunds and cancellation terms are based on the initial agreement at the time of booking and the respective resort or service provider’s policy.
- Always refer to the cancellation terms mentioned in your confirmation email or quotation.
General Guidelines (May Vary by Booking):
- Refundable Bookings:
Cancellations made within the allowed timeframe (usually 14–30 days before check-in) may qualify for a full or partial refund. - Non-Refundable Bookings:
These bookings do not qualify for refunds under any circumstance. - Late Cancellations / No-Shows:
May result in full charges and no refund. - Special Promotions or Last-Minute Deals:
These often come with stricter or non-refundable conditions. - Administrative Fees:
A processing fee (typically up to 10%) may be deducted from any approved refund to cover bank and administrative charges.
2. Refund Processing Time
Once your cancellation is approved:
- Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days.
- However, the exact time frame may vary depending on the resort or service provider’s refund processing period.
- Delays due to international banking procedures may occur in some cases.
3. Modifications to Bookings
If you need to change your booking (e.g., dates, number of guests), please contact us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and the resort’s policy.
4. Services Not Eligible for Refund
- Custom itinerary planning services (if applicable)
- Visa handling or travel document services
- Bookings made within 7 days of check-in
- Force majeure events (weather disruptions, political unrest, pandemic restrictions, etc.), unless covered by the resort’s policy
